The Happy Colors is a live action musical featurette produced Walt Disney Pictures. The short premiering in theater in front of the full length live action/animation motion picture "The Happy Colors".

Plot

The pilot start with the Happy Colors theme song. The Happy Colors were forming their band and got ready to film their commercial as they sing "Let's Have Some Fun". Felix warn about Lionel who will get angry after he was painted in the poster but Danny say never mind that and get started with their commercial anyway. There were crates with animals but then an elephant come out and make lots of noise that Lionel heard and Lionel can't read his book. The Happy Colors got the elephant back in the crate. Catherine brought the sodas but David remind her that they eat and drink something healthy. The Happy Colors got the animals in places and finish their commercial with The Rainbow Cha Cha. After the commercial, Lionel came to clubhouse. Lionel see the poster and he didn't like it when he was included in the poster and David say it's his idea and Lionel chase David. The pilot ends with the Happy Colors and Catherine running after Lionel to stop him from chasing David.
