How to make nacho cheese sauce

You will need

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

1. Warm cream in a heavy saucepan but don't make it too hot or else it'll break down.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan.
3. Keep whisking and stirring until it's nicely blended in but do not mix too fast or else your sauce will be lumpy and sad.
4. Serve with chips, over nachos, in your special taco recipes, and more!
