You will need
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Warm cream in a heavy saucepan but don't make it too hot or else it'll break down.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan.
- Keep whisking and stirring until it's nicely blended in but do not mix too fast or else your sauce will be lumpy and sad.
- Serve with chips, over nachos, in your special taco recipes, and more!
