The name changed yet again to 324 Entertainment in 2018; 312 is already taken, 313-321 are already taken and Forest didn't want to use 322.
On July 19, 2019, Relay Pictures Entertainment acquired 45% of the studio for $150,000,000, and is now a division of Sdq2002Productions.
